Fact is the driver was allowed to leave and go home. Don’t know about the rest of you but I’d have done the same. Actually if I didn’t have a heart attack at the scene I’d have tied a couple bricks around my neck and jumped into the deep end of my pool.
Doesn’t sound like he’s fighting extradition either so sending “Chuck Norris” may be a little bit of overkill, lol.Kyle G. and TheLoadOut Thank this. -

Takes time for the investigation and then the DA to levy charges.
Next will be a probable cause hearing so we’ll see what transpires from that. Vehicular homicide in Florida bond is around $7,500 and I imagine that’ll be X-3. Only real way they’re going to hold him is if they can show him as a flight risk.. or on something immigration related..Kyle G., TheLoadOut and Deere hunter Thank this. -
What strikes me the most is his complete disregard for the situation after the collision.
I posted on this forum in a different thread about a month ago that I was involved in a wreck as well. Thankfully no one was injured, and everything was on video to show that the other vehicle turned in front of me without yielding and was at fault.
That wasn't on my mind at the time though. I can be seen on video running to the vehicle to check on the other driver.Kyle G., kemosabi49 and TheLoadOut Thank this.
