3 drivers in a truck?

    If you read the original post , it is about 3 drivers rotating through the truck ( 2 at a time ) not 3 drivers in the truck at all times.

    And yes I have witnessed the NEW CANADIAN 4 man tag teams

    The company I work for (Watkins Shepard) has three man teams too. They Way it works is 2 guys go out on the road while one is on hometime, then the guy on hometime gets in the truck and one of the other guys goes home for hometime, then the same thing for the third guy and it just keeps repeating. That way the truck NEVER stops moving, like with a regular 2 man team it has to stop while both drivers are on hometime.....

    In the 3 driver set up where one guys is always off on a rotating basis, how does the pay get split?

    Do all three always make the same amount each week if you are off or not, or what?
