3 dui over 12 years old

2. Depends if the company’s hiring policy interferes with their insurance carrier.

Depends on your state. Lots of states don’t keep a record of dui’s more than seven.

 

Make sure you answer the question that is answered. You don't want to volunteer unnecessary info. If the app asks if you have had a DUI in the last 3 years, the answer is no. Don't go talking too much to the recruiter and saying too much on the phone either.

 

Avoid any company that runs into Canada; with 3 DUI's to your name, Canadian Immigration will almost certainly refuse you entry.

Outside of running Canada; most insurance companies only look back 3 - 5 years.

I only encounered ONE company that was ten years for DUI.
