I thought Cali was? Maybe I’m wrong. But I don’t drive around Chicagoland for $3. Remember you said you did. I said I wouldn’t be driving here for $3 a mile. The headache isn’t worth it.

Outbound from Chicago should pay way way more then 3. Remember, part of getting ahead and rising above the rest many times means going where the money is, which is also many times where others aren’t willing to go.

 

I get it. But he’s home every day he said so he’s not going more than 300 miles one way and back so let’s say on average 600, which means it’s local so it should be more. That’s where I’m getting at. OTR is longer miles less money. Local is shorter miles more money. He’s making just as much as what majority of OTR Owner ops are doing. That’s what I’m saying.

 

I gotcha. I’m assuming the guy he’s running for has to keep some meat on the bone for himself. This guy probably doesn’t mind Chicago being that he’s a local. Anyway... we understand each other.

 

but he has his own authority. Just trying to tell him the waters good out their and not to be afraid to jump in and that $3 a mile is bad for Chicago for someone with their own numbers.
