3 Preventable Accidents Within a Year

the guy who hired me said my DAC had nothing on it. But when they called my old company they told them about me hitting the railing. Im not sure if it was when they were verifying employment dates or what. Is that small mistake going to stay with me my whole life? I wish I had just ignored that trainer and got out.

 

People sometime fail to understand how DAC works. DAC has a basic report. Driver name, Dates of employment, the reason for leaving and rehire status. EVERYTHING else is in another part of the record. Some carriers look at the summary and stop. My point is this could be inside the DAC file but that guy was only looking at the summary. I STRONGLY ADVISE that you get your DAC and look through it carefully. IF something is wrong see what your options are at that point. I am sure somebody will post how to get this.
