2.20/mile isn't bad. I've figured a target all-miles number of 2.14 which includes roughly 30% profit. I'm beating that number too. My bottom line break even number is in the 1.43 range which still puts up money for future maint., plates, 2290, breakdowns, etc. The owner of the company I'm leased to is always telling me 'you and your math'. I'm becoming more and more perplexed as to how he's even in business, but I've got a good idea...
