No, you have to be a resident of Texas before you can work in the state

Typical Craigslist scam artist.
I can tell by the unprofessional and choice of wording it's a young person. Only the new generation thinks it's okay to use words like "hell" and "crack #####" in an advertisement. Look in the Craigslist car ads and you see it all the time. My F'in car is bad, blah, blah, blah. I ain't ###### ya! Only 240,000 miles in excellent condition except for a ripped seat and a dent on the passenger side that is hardly noticeable. The transmission slips a little but you can easily fix that.
dave26027 Thanks this. -
If fact, When they get da Fence built between Texas and LS, OK, and NM, You wont even be able to visit TX.

is this the same place that has the chick with huge boobs that drives the truck on youtube?

I wanna make $30 an hour when I grow up

In Texas, they're everywhere, practically. Not many areas in TX where this demand ISN'T ongoing. And like OTR driving ... it's not for everybody and they have a large turn-over. Long hours, either very muddy or very dusty conditions, slip-seating in sometimes crappy equipment, night shifts only for the new guys, poor and limited housing availability in sometimes "very rural" towns with few stores and food is 20% higher in these small, Podunk stores, or drive 40 miles to Walmart with $4.00 gas ...

You have to BECOME a resident of Texas to work there. You have 30 days to change over your license.
-
Yes, yes I believe it is
-
Actually, I was being sarcastic. I have worked on projects in Texas for months at a time without becoming a resident or changing my license over.
