    I eat mostly whole food plant based, by mostly, I have a filet once a week or every other? I've lost weight and am never hungry. It's all a choice of what you want to eat.     The ONLY thing that works for me is low carbs. Carbs are death to me, I look at bread or potatoes and I'm up 5lbs. I started fasting 16hrs, 8pm to noon. Only coffee til noon, a fairly good meal, a supper and some yogurt and blueberries around 8, 340 6 weeks ago, 309 this am. Still a fat f$#@er, but I'm tryin'
