    I am doing exactly the same thing. Started at 255 three months ago, down to 232 now. Not watching the carbs, doing just the intermittent fasting part

    You guys should listen to the starch solution and the china study. I'm the most meat and potato guy you've ever met but they have some pretty compelling advice and studies. Maybe watch the game changers on Netflix. We in the USA are dying from diseases of affluence, heart disease, cancer, obesity is all time high.

    Not trying to preach, I'm going off my experience. I used to be a chronic migraine haver, started paying attention to what I was eating and what would trigger them and it was milk, dairy products, ice cream, and custard. So I started looking into it more and I wasn't the only one having those problems and as a kept looking it led me to this whole food plant-based world.
