I see nothing as well, yet have been asked if I was relieved of duty years ago. With the pursuit of the revenue that the DOT is on anymore, why not have it in possession?
Otherwise, a ticket is issued, probably during inspection, then points assessed and then a fight to remove it. Sorry, I feel that to be a bigger problem than keeping a form in my records.
