30 year OTR

    Ive been on the road 30 years , many , many setups . Currently I drive a 2007 Kenworth W900L . I just turned it up to a 600hp Caterpillar ( 1850 on the torque ) 18 speed 2.79 rears. 72" Bunk. I found this forum a while back just now decided I would go ahead and join. I hope to be here a long time .

    Thanks , got a nice setup there. I wouldn't mind pulling a reefer instead of these #### flatbeds tarping every load I haul !

    One big thing in your favor.... I've never seen a fat flatbedder. Seems that all that tarping keeps you boys in shape!

    Welcome KW! We like experienced drivers and their stories. Newbies want to hear your advice. Yes, reefer is different hours but alot easier to unload. Instead of tarping and strapping, you just fill out a comcheck. :)

    Not gonna see alot of fat truck drivers here soon. I heard I have to lose 15 lb's to keep my job.

    I think we're all going to have a "day of reckoning" like you mentioned. I wish it would only be 15 for me....
