700lbs over on the trailer but I’m way under on gross. Gross is only 62,000. Entering California Monday. Entering on either I-10 or I-40. Is that 700 lbs really a problem?
34,700 lbs on trailer axles

Did you move your tandems back a little?IluvCATS Thanks this.
-
It’s a flatbed step deck and the tandems are closed for California compliance. Can’t move them back more.
I’ve already turned around to get this fixed. Since I have time, there’s really no reason to play around. Boo hooD.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
If going in on 10, I’d be a little nervous at banning scales and it’s a long way around if you’re headed for the LA area. Do you normally get a prepass green in California?
Spread axles are all over California.D.Tibbitt, IluvCATS and Oldironfan Thank this. -
Ya green lights everywhere.
-
Spread axles are legal at 38k I think. Or 36k.
-
Spreads are legal up to 40k. But no spreads are legal in CA. Except fixed spreads. So I have to close my spread axels and have only 34k suddenly. Oooopstucker Thanks this.

At 62,000 I'd be rolling. Wouldn't even consider going back to the shipper.
