Can you actually find that in the green book?

I've looked for it several times, and the only place I can find anything regarding personal conveyance is in the Q&A on the FMCSA website.

I said "and a few others" for a reason. Granted, I didnt list all of the main carriers, but its a safe bet to say the OP drives for one of the companies I mentioned. As a company driver or lease operator, you need to be in compliance with regs and company policies.

when i do my restart i log the whole time as off duty weather im sleeping running to the store etc. doesnt matterif im not working its off duty and never been questioned about it by D.O.T.
