HI, I have a 1998 Peterbilt 379 with a cat 3406E. I just found out the head is cracked. Is it OK to use an after market head without having any problems? Thanks

when you say aftermarket I hope you mean a cat head remaned by some one other than cat. if you trust them I don't see the problem. but just remember the saying."you get what you pay for"
