When you manually push/actuate solenoids, does oil come out exhaust which is bottom of housing opposite of solenoid. If any more than couple drops a second with solenoid actuated your solenoid is bypassing excessively and needs replaced. You should have burst of oil when you let off solenoid @ solenoid.

Jake tune up kit, run the rack, and hopefully you aren't like me and have to buy new jake housings!

Nope, that's what it came in the shop for.... Jake brake ineffectiveness

Just looked at an application table and according to the motor that we have in this Peterbilt it should have a 340 C and not a 340 B Jake brake so the question I've got his what is the difference.....

So which kit did you use? For B or C. I have seen 340A on a 6NZ before and worked fine. Starting to sound like you have worn bores and pistons.
