Sorry for the late reply, I was so burned out from working on the truck, then hauling loads, then work on truck round and round we go. I had kenworth change most of my speed limiters or power by speed? Hell

No history, no claims, no downloads. odd. usually should be at least one download if a dealer is working on it

My dealer showed me it was set at 550, even a friends scanner tool I used for my trim codes showed up 550. You think it might be a different computer on it? I’m not going to lie, at this point Nothing surprises me any more with this truck....

To go from 435 to 550 on your 1LW, flash file was all that was needed. Screenshot_20191120-063934.png Screenshot_20191120-063844.png
Just wondering if you have a Pre-low Nox file and if it is HH 2300 RPM one.

Mine was born 435. I have ran the 5DS like already mentioned and I ended up with the 1LW 550 brakesaver file in mine. Only hard part upgrade was the Borg Warner “Non-Wastegated” turbo. The 58’s came in it originally.

Ok everyone it’s been a while and I have a update on my truck running like poop.
You all know what I’ve replaced at this point and it’s all engine parts, wire, sensor, fuel related, boost related, 550 none low nx ECM tune, 57 injectors, hot fuel pressure to 85psi at idle 110 wide open psi and trim codes 6999 and the truck was still was gutless and still felt like it has a miss after some hard pulls. So my truck original came as a low HP heavy haul spec truck. Why they even built such a stupid truck is beyond me. What I’ve gathered is my intake is smaller, the filter is under the hood and since I’ve upgraded everything to support 550hp plus thing inlet side of my intake was just too small. Reason I know this is My friend had same problem. My hood has a screen to stop big stuff from getting in turbo with no filter and it’s not dusty this time of year so we ran the truck with at 160k for about 20 miles up and down some good pulls. Normally the truck would start acting up. But to my horror ( and happiness) the truck ran like it’s never ever ran before. Power I could only dream of!!! The truck even rolled some coal out the exhaust which it has never ever done. Then I installed a new kenworth filter, and a fleet guard filter and “Shocker” the truck ran like crap again. With no filter my boost with working waste gate even got to 30 psi. Previous with new filter I would maybe see 22 psi. My turbo temps got as high as 950 deg with no filter, previous high temp with filter avg 750-850deg. So conclusion is I need bigger filter housing or a complete different intake set up. Well the only set up available would be a dual external filter set up and my hood is completely different doesn’t work for dual air cleaner up and I’m out of money..... what do you think? Have anyone ever heard of this?
