Unfortunately cat parts especially there reman heads are not what they used to be. Seems quality control has gone down and it's really a crap shoot on what you get from them some days. I would see if they will warrenty it with a new head. If not , get seats cut.

The Head was brand new never used. This is why I’m having a hard time with it all. Every part I’ve installed except reman injectors are new not reman. I spent the extra money to not have to go through this.

Ether way I appreciate the input. I grasping for straws, and I know it: I believe in the Caterpillar name, and it will most likely cost me my business, savings, and credit. It sucks, I built this business in a year, and I have a ton of business. Only 1 slow month, big dollar loads, home almost every night, and I love it... I might have to just buck up and buy a brand new truck and just eat $100k in cash...

Sounds like the same problem truck307 had. He could blow air through the return line just fine but the blockage would stop the fuel from flowing. New fuel line probably in order and some what cheap.

Anybody else have a view on this????
You said earlier all the lower O -rings are burnt up . I was assuming the blue ones.
If indeed you are talking about the ones on the tip then no, those are basically a carbon dam . They eventually deteriorate and get replaced with carbon deposits. If indeed your blue ORings are perfect and looks to be no blueing or burnt area getting past the seat maybe your fine.
Possible injectors them selves are bad? Reman cat injectors dont have a good reputation either.pushbroom, spsauerland and Oxbow Thank this. -
Replace all fuel lines with #10, replace fuel cooler, replaced transfer pump with acert pump, new fuel filter housing and all fittings, all new pressure lines, new pressure regulator. I’ll by pass the fuel cooler just Incase was TomorrowOxbow Thanks this.

Yes exaclly. Could still be the return line .spsauerland and Oxbow Thank this.

I hooked up a scan tool and the cut out on most injector was kinda weak honesty. Why about wire harness? Or ecm wiring? That about the only thing I have replaced. It’s just weird how I replaced orings yestersay, drive the truck and it was running strong. Put it under a heavy load at around 1300 full throttle and it happens again. I think I drop it 50 miles loadingbthe engine and letting it eat with no problems.

Like swaan said the fuel pressure is high. I don't like to see over 110 at high rpm. Does the return fuel still run through the ecm ? If so bypass the ecm. Higher fuel pressure higher fuel temp.

I haul heavy, 140,000 to 150,000+ I don't ever drop below 1500 rpm. 1300 in my opinion is to low for what your doing.
