My mechanic who works at my local Peterbilt and is the cat specialist said the same thing. He was shock all the orings are missing in that short time. Only 30k miles on this set up. Now that we think it’s the seats, how could all 6 seat be bad? And it seem to happen with in a week

I hope I can find someone local, should I replace cups? It would be my luck the truck was running fine a couple weeks ago and all six seats go bad in a weeks time...

Not sure if I have latest flash file? The place that built the engine was a local shop where I was broke down at. Number 1 Injector tip broke off and I had a d6 dozer. Not much choice for dealer build.

Awesome thank you! My friend work for the Peterbilt group I bought all my parts from. He is helping me with the issues, he hasn’t seen the o ring at the injector tip get burned away so fast.

Swaan do the truck ran good this morning. It has to be something to do with the fuel getting hot and the high fuel pressure right? I’m hedging to the parts store and getting a return line because I just noticed the size of the hose is way smaller than the return fitting from cat. Below is a picture of the two. I must have been running excessively high fuel pressure to the point it made the fuel injector Orings let go. Thoughts?
