Pulled the injectors and blew compressed air into each cylinder with a rubber tipped air nozzle and have a very good leak coming from #2 exhaust valves. Also pressurized the fuel line going to the head and plugged the return and it would bleed down pretty quick. Kept pressure on it looking for leaks could never isolate it. some where between #2 and #3 injectors. Guess I'll be pulling the head. Fuel pressure at idle was 82psi and at 1200rpm around 92psi or so.

I've been following your thread here because I like the way you document your procedures. I have a 3406E 6TS that runs and starts like a top, the fuel pressure at idle is 70-75 so your fuel pressure seems good.
Regarding the leak coming from #2, are you certain the cylinder was at TDC firing, Maybe the exhaust valves were slightly open.Dino soar, truckdriver31 and spsauerland Thank this. -

I need some advise, i have a 3406e blowing white smoke, i heard a noise on the head around injector #6 but went away real fast. I sprayed water on the exhaust manifold and it shows injector #6 is not evaporating the water. I stop the engine and the oil is thin it smell like diesel, what should i do?
truckdriver31 Thanks this. -
i would say get it fixed
AModelCat and ChuyRamirez1 Thank this. -

Could be injector upper o-ring or the injector itself. Of course probably could be a lot worse but I would start there
truckdriver31 and ChuyRamirez1 Thank this. -
