Spend the little bit extra and buy the one from Dirks. Again you get what you pay for you price shop on a boot and you’ll get a free shower every time it rains there’s some things you don’t cost cut on that is one of them

 

I put one in a 379 last summer it fit perfect I will put a Dirks in my 359 when I get ready to put it back together theirs has a lip that seals better along the pass through frame I think it’s not much more than the others maybe 30.00 more if I remember correctly

 

Yes at the bottom it works good if you have another person that can hold the boot some what in place then you can just use a rubber hammer and tap it in place

 

Frankly I'd spend the money as it's not something you replace every year, usually
