3yrs OTR, looking into flatbedding

Chinaatown.Jones brothers only hires from local area now.They were having trouble getting rigs in for service.Maverick is my new choice now.

 

Does Maverick hire from California?
Swift and Prime have flatbed divisions.

 

No but after crunching numbers it makes sense to move there for me.I can buy twice the house and property for guarter of the price of what I can get in san diego..and no state income tax.and the area i am looking is pretty..less then a foot of snow a year.lasts just long enough to enjoy a few inches at a time.main town is sherman

 

Which state will you move to?

 

Texas.northern part up by oklahoma.north of dallas fort worth

 

That's a good area. Good location for Maverick.

 

Maverick seems to be the clossest to jones brother type of trucking of the training companies.Got approved for my canada fast pass card before all this started.have to fly up there once canada opens the offices up

 

Britton checks all the boxes

 

They do look good,but they don't train.I know this is a highly debated subject.but I think I want to go with a training co.Seems like training companies are more understanding if you have a oops moment.But I only know what I have read.
