3yrs Reefer experience

I'm looking to change companies in October so want to see what is out there. Have 3 years experience pulling a reefer using QC elogs for the same company since I got out of trucking school. I've enjoyed my time with the company but its time to move on.

Here is my wish list:
Smaller company, no large mega's.
Newer well maintained equipment.
Prefer no governor or must be able to drive 70 mph. No 65 mph trucks...
Thanks to DOT truck must be an automatic.
Truck must have apu or company must allow idling without docking pay.
Refrigerator in truck.
Have pet and rider policy.
Dry van or reefer, no touch freight.
And hopefully lots of drop and hook. If not, have detention, layover, extra stop pay.
Pay in the .45 cpm range, 3,000 miles or more weekly. Must pay loaded and empty miles.
No micromanagement. Tell me where I need to be an I will get it there.

I have a fairly good driving record. Have 2 non-preventable accidents on my record, and 1 ticket that I received in my personal vehicle. I'm used to driving 11-12,000 miles a month so home time is negotiable. I usually go out for up to 2 months at a time. I do not do the northeast or Chicago area. I have been driving a lot of northwest and California, some south and southeast.
