Yeah I talked to werner and they want me. Monday will find out. If hireright.com gets those 2 useless things off of me than I'm golden, but I'm not counting on that.
The whole Carolina Cargo thing is just to get a clear 6 months or 1 year that you need to move on. It is strictly a second chance company not a get rich one.
Good news k@b also Greenvalley said they take me but it's been 2 half years since I drove a manual. I know the basics rpm /double clutch and down shift clutch w/slight acceleration to lower gear but kinda iffy on that since been awhile. Blume would take me family owned but they want me to drive there and no direct deposit. My active security clearance helped with green valley
the driver made mistake. He didnt cause accident to no body. He shouldnt tell his company. They dont care about the incedent they just want make sure he doest not get another job. There thousand that being driving long with real accident and nothing happen to job. Why would you want guy to lose his driving career in these incidents.
First buddy mistakes are called accidents!! Company is paying for the damage Jr caused. I'm not the employer and if I was when you need extra sheets to feel out your accidents/incidents. That tells me you are a liability to my company and freight doesn't pay enough to keep me and my company for paying for your PREVENTABLE mistakes. I'm just saying buddy when you can't even get out of the parking lot without wreaking havoc on a customers property. There is something not right in lego land. Dept perception issues. Need to wear your glasses and take your time and use your head when thinking you can put 70 plus feet of vehicle in some spot. I see it all the time. Count your blessings and be thankful more damage has not been caused. All I'm saying it's not worth going to a bottom feeding company with crappy equipment that will jack your psp report up because the scale house is always pulling you in finding issues with your junk equipment. As well as showing newbies it pays to be careful because after a few incidents your cdl can be useless. Anyway It seems like he has a few more chances so I wish him well. Roll Tide!!
You dont have to go to those bottom feeders. Look for small comapny around where you live. Most of them would only check your mvr. And take your time it may take time but it is better then wasting your time electronics baby sitter having companies.
I posted earlier in my 4 preventables 2 door latch tag, touch pole no damage and airline pulled from trailer . Werner is taking me (otr team ,sign on bonus) and they seem like Schneider but I got my lessons learned about that latch lol. Places like werner, small companies, k@b and also sites that help find you a position. Otrjobmatch.com I used. If you have minor stuff like me try it out . Thought this post might help someone later on. I'm going to keep Dac clean as I gained more knowledge.
Navajo takes 4 preventables too. .39cpm-.43cpm for exp. just FYI. If people need a second 3rd or 4th chance. It's a job not the holy grail of jobs. Also companies that are self insured not by big corporate insurances can hire people with mistakes.
