Congrats on finding someone to give you another shot.

Now cue up the haters to tell you to give up your CDL and work at McDonalds. Lol

No one is saying you can't find work with 4 preventables. It's the caliber and kind of work and how some companies treat you. When you have very limited options. Have fun teaming with strangers, and or making it to the end of orientation And not getting called into the safety department.

Really we/I want noobies and everybody else to know. This can be a awesome career if you keep your nose clean. Or it can be a dead end gig working for crappy carriers like CRST and being bent over daily. Safety first take your time, use your head. The sky is the limit!!

The thing is that a less than wonderful job, if you don't screw it up, and if you prove yourself by stsying with it, can lead to a better job. And as @TROOPER to TRUCKER said, integrity is important!

Gotcha. Yeah I made sure they hit the go ahead from review before going and to avoid that get sent home safety etc in orientation. I'm ok with team strangers, long as their safe can drive I'm ok with it . I didn't know crst was bad though. I'm going to be safer and keep my Dac clean. That's the plan .

I've been told by former Werner drivers that they're great to work for. But you can't really pay your bills with the paycheck that they give you. Tradeoffs, ya know.
