I don't see anything wrong with having a degree and choosing to truck. My grandpa did that, my uncle is doing the same, and I'm getting a business degree. Why you ask? To better manage trucks and have an upper hand over some of these other guys out there who have no idea where their money is going and don't even keep a book.

My 'wise words' come from being a Hospital Corpsman for 16 years and a Medic for another dozen or so. Sometimes the underlying problems can be treated (or altered) by medications but those medications need to have constant review so as not to become a product of your treatments. It may be risky to consider but, given your diagnosis, I would not be out of line to suggest 'finding out' what you are like occasionally without the medications... just to grasp a reality before resuming the treatment if needed.
Why do I say this?... I have a friend who has had a triple bypass (Heart attack). I told her she's been living for a retirement she may never see and, because she constantly stresses about a time in the distant future, she's failing to live the now. She listened.
She has since returned to being a competitive Dressage rider, started taking Yoga (balance of mind and body) and dropped off her medications much to the dismay of the Pharmaceutical Companies and her 'team' of Cardiologists. She is living, enjoying her life and feels alive now. Maybe her concoction of medications were killing her, I don't know but she shared her ####tail with me and the contraindications far outweighed the benefits so I told her to consult her Pharmacist. Instead, she just quit taking everything... and felt sooo much better.
Life is to be lived, not survived. Taking all these pills is effectively killing you and making your body less capable of self-adjustment. In your case, it could be a chemical imbalance or merely a need to consult with a friend... I'm not your Spirit Guide but I, as a former Medic, do not think pills are an answer to anything but a pain buffer. I won't take them because the benefits often are far less than the consequences.
Read the label and contraindications and pay close attention to what it warns you about... you may be killing yourself 'for the benefit of a drug manufacturer'.
Just saying.
