Yah 200 hours PLUS and then 6 WEEKS with a road trainer, and I STILL didnt feel ready when they threw me out on my own

Suprisingly...No! You'd think in Denver somewhere there would be a community college that has a course. The closest one I found was in Farmington, New Mexico. They seem to have a ton of CDL "mills" north of Denver in Henderson and Wheatridge (for those of you familiar with the Denver Metro)- all of which are $4,000 to $6,000. The appeal of this particular school was that it's also open night and weekends. The school offers the 160 hour course that is PTDI certified with a certificate. But jeeze, going part time would take 3 months!

I hear ya, I'm going part time myself (16 weeks). I don't mind because it was 1/3 the cost of the other driving schools and I won't be attached to anyone when I'm done.
