Are they both air ride.
Lysdexis Thanks this. -
Yes.
The 86 is a 9 speed and the 90 is a 10. Waiting on info on what the rears are. -
The engine in the 90 doesnt look like what I've known an n14 to look like. And the 55mph gearing may not be bad since I'm in the hills and it wont see much interstate driving.rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

I heard some say the air ride on the 86 was rough riding. If you remove the double convoluted bags and use those from AG 100 you should get a better ride. I believe there are 2 different air bags for the AG 100. I’m guessing that the shorter one would match the Freightshaker bag.

Will probably be something to look into, buy 4 replacement bags and then swap them at once when one finally let's go.

As little as possible without buying junk.
Realistically I'd like to stay below 20kbigguns Thanks this. -
The 90 has a unicab airide,I spent a couple of years in one like it ,had the bigger bunk.very good riding truck but the bunk was a little claustrophobic. That one will have the better ride and of course mileage. There's a lot of them still around.I remember when they first came out, everyone wanted one.But the other truck definitely has the look.Never spent anytime in a bunk that small on a conv, but if your local it's good for a quick nap.

The truck wont be tagged for running out of state so quick nap will be pretty much it maybe one over night stay on the other side of the state every once in awhile.bigguns Thanks this.
