401k contribution question? Is it figured from gross or net pay?

    Alibaba is a great pick in my opinion! I went with Tencent Holdings. I'm bias because they own RIOT Gamrs. But Alibaba is a fine choice too.

    Yes my man I like tencent too both are making a killing and dominating China and China is poised to out perform in my opinion.

    Should pay on gross pay but will first deduct any payroll per diem plan pay, company paid benefits, and other pre-tax items such as HSA
