Try tapping on the starter with a hammer.I had one that got some corrosion from the salt on the road.
Got it started and replaced the starter back at our shop.

What engine do you have? Dt466e the starter relay grounds through the engine ecu. If the engine ecu has lost its clean power supply it will not crank.

Try jumping the starter solenoid on the starter , it will narrow it down. If it cranks then the starter is not the problem. If it doesn't go farther up line.
