I've found that most vibration problems come from the drive tires. Flat spots especially.

Yeah, I hear ya on those flat spots. My steers are new, so I'm going hoping they just weren't balanced right. Tie rod ends and drag link etc. seem tight and true, gonna get things checked out sometime this week. Also just thought about going to look at the driveshaft and make sure the weight hasn't fallen off. Just starting with my business, I don't need to be spending big money on tires just yet!

If it turns out to be the tires, you can smooth it out somewhat if you remove the outer wheel and rotate it a couple of lugs in either direction. -
I am leaning towards king pins. When you jacked up the truck, did you use a bar to lift the tire to check the king pins? Also do you have a picture of the wear on the tires?
