45mph in a 30mph zone from 2018. Would this affect me today?

    45mph in a 30mph zone from 2018. Would this affect me today? Just got cdl a license a month ago trying to get job soon.

    If they have you pull a ten or seven year MVD record, they’ll know about it.

    But since the conviction is somewhat aged past three years, I wouldn’t be too concerned.

    Other post you stated 56 in a 45 plus a 60 in a 30 now you also have a 45 in a 30 along with a suspension.. you should check out your drivers abstract to see what’s listed and slow down if you get hired somewhere..

    Sounds like the OP has plenty practice, should fit right in with all the others doing 65-70 through the 55 construction zones…..

    it’s been awhile since I’ve had anything I had forgotten about it. Then someone said something about their driving record so I checked mine. I have clean driving record for 5 years if it goes by offense date

    Yep. My insurance dropped $50 per month after my speeding ticket from 3.5 years ago. Aged.
