Tridems are legal in all US jurisdictions, weight allowed on the group ranges from 42,000 lbs to 45,000 lbs, depending on total axle spread (8' 10' 12') US Federal Bridge Law applies, which mandates these weights. But most states are still locked into the 80,000 max gross on reducable (non-permit) loads. But
many Western states have much higher allowable gross weights, some require additional annual permits on the power unit, all that allow higher grosses require the weights to show on your cab card. (IRP registration)

Yep. Last year I booked a load from a broker that insisted the customer required tarping a load of flammable Hazmat totes. The shipper couldn't stop laughing.

Yup.I hate having to use 8 foot drop tarps on loads of hay. Most times the farmers ask me why the hell I even tarped it.

This load of hay weighed 49,800 lbs. I had to watch how much fuel I put on.

50 thousand in the Shotgun everyday.
Raw milk seems like a joy sloshing around back there compared to condensed milk trying to beat itself and me out of the trailer.
