48 state miles? GOOD INFO INSIDE!

    You stayed out over 3 months with only 4 days of home time? See, that's why I won't stay out more then 3 weeks at a time. I got on this kick where I was staying out anywhere from 5 to 8 weeks and ended up making less than if I had just gone home after 3 weeks. More pay overall, of course, but less per hour of time spent in the truck. In fact, if I had broken up my last time out into 3 parts, I'd have made more.

    Never again, especially after I was stuck in broken down in a few different cities and ended up being out there for almost 9 weeks the past time out.

    I have not seen a significant difference staying out longer so I will be home every three weeks after this also.

    thats what I've been doing, I usually take off friday/sat/sunday, go back out monday and then plan my next hometime for 3 and a half weeks later on friday

    Generally I Stay Out about 3 weeks and go Home for a few Days ...
