Ive gotten hooked properly a time or two when I commit a violation that cries out for a ticket. Or else Samson should fall to one knee and beg for something to be done in the name of justice... /sarc.

Once in a while I get a Lawman that will compromise for nothing. Those are the ones I mwah mwah mawah mawamah on the boots. Hoping for some kind of break between say 1500 dollars and 1400 dollars. It's still going to be more than that 1000 in the bank 2000 miles away, and closed once the jail house kicks me out to see the judge in 3 days. (Fri to monday)

I engaged one in a very calm talk about the recent success with the three children on the fishing run down river. Had the same officer with that light in the eye and perhaps a little bit of sunny remembering of the laughter of the kids as they worked on the fishy problem that day.

Then he chilled and say I gotta write this thing. That is why I take vacations like that....

I drove past the one on I-15 north of salt lake.
It was 250 dollars cash right now or go to jail.
They were nice enough to give me a ride to a ATM machine.

They got a black box sitting on the counter.
They cram your ticket and 250 bucks into a
Envelope,then stick it in that box.
And there were plenty more of them inside that
Box besides mine.

 

That's what worries me. I am linking up with my trainer on Tuesday. My biggest problem with trucking will be me daydreaming. My mind can go extraordinary places... as weigh stations, sharp turn signs, and etc pass me right by.

I don't think so. My grandpa who is also a day dreamer and has trucked his whole life found a way. No one is perfect, recognize your faults and work to overcome them.
