He said the first time he wheelied the truck he had an aluminum windbreaker on top. The windbreaker hit the trailer behind him and bent it up, creating the modern day turbo wing.
He was well known as the Southern Faker.Oxbow, Crude Truckin', cke and 5 others Thank this. -
If my flatbed is already being used, I will come with my four bolster.

Some drivers missed out on their graphic arts careers.

Well the bolsters might be a good idea with that big of a slitter coil.
The art work and style remind me of a couple TTR legends, or out of work bumbs.Last edited: Apr 6, 2023

I could load 80k easily on the deck of my Ravens aluminum flatbed and float the Michigan scales on 75 just north of the Ohio line. I thought I'd be cool and put an air ride steer axle under when I upgraded, but I did realize it would keep the front end so light. 10 air bags on the tractor and 4 on the trailer, all helium filled, the dang thing would literally float across scales if you were light.Oxbow, Crude Truckin', cke and 4 others Thank this. -
If I was empty I just tightened the cable up until all 8 wheels were off the ground, i gained 2 mpg and the tires lasted 1 million miles. I never thought to try helium though.Oxbow, Crude Truckin', cke and 5 others Thank this. -
