    Either way the driver is done. Not even Carolina Cargo would touch him.
    (Even that company cleaned up its act,of all things).

    Imho 20 over is a recipe for disaster, tight curve or not. Thank God nobody else was involved.
    Weeding out the poor decision makers one at a time. Only a few more to go..lol

    the company did the right thing.

    i do not know if it absolves them of the costs of the clean up, most likely not, but too i have to wonder if the company can sue the driver to keep any monies owed him?

    plus, if it were my company, and this dimwit was responsible, i'd make sure i get the word out about his accident to future employers.

    true that will be. but then too, they know what to deal with IF he screws up again.

    but if it's a "skank" flip-flop, track suit wearing company....they may give him a new white volvo.
