Either way the driver is done. Not even Carolina Cargo would touch him.
(Even that company cleaned up its act,of all things). -
Are you the Manhattan DA by chance?
Badmon Thanks this. -

Weeding out the poor decision makers one at a time. Only a few more to go..loldrvrtech77, mjd4277 and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -

the company did the right thing.
i do not know if it absolves them of the costs of the clean up, most likely not, but too i have to wonder if the company can sue the driver to keep any monies owed him?
plus, if it were my company, and this dimwit was responsible, i'd make sure i get the word out about his accident to future employers.mjd4277 and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -
Unfortunately there is always a company that will put him in the driver’s seat again.

true that will be. but then too, they know what to deal with IF he screws up again.
but if it's a "skank" flip-flop, track suit wearing company....they may give him a new white volvo.MACK E-6, mjd4277 and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -
Maybe, maybe not. Even white Volvo outfits have standards!TROOPER to TRUCKER Thanks this.
