Thanks so much for this post. I have a 2016 Kenworth T680 and after hitting an enormous pothole about 1500 miles from home, I was also experiencing a non-functioning left high beam and right low beam. I had replaced both bulbs but that wasn't the solution. After finally getting the truck home without being DOT'eed, I examined multiple wires and I had found a couple that had been pinched between the hood and frame. I had repaired those but still no lights. I thought I might have blown a ballast resistor but I spoke with a couple of mechanics and they referred me to the dealer because they said the dealer had proprietary software and they would have to find and fix the problem then reset the computer to turn on the lights. I knew that not only would that be costly but I'd be losing revenue while I waited to have my truck returned. Then I came upon this post I cannot express my extreme happiness after resolving the problem with a mere 25 amp micro fuse. Thanks so much for sharing this information. I also try and help other truckers and will pass this lesson on too!
