The only way to know for sure is to hook up to a trailer & measure from the top of the trailer to the ground. 13 6 or less & your good to go.

The problem is I bought the used 5th wheel and have not installed yet. Trying to get an Idea so I don't have to un install it. I am checking on some other sites and opinions range from " as long as your below 47'' and if your 5ht wheel is at 46 you shouldn't be over 13'3'' or 13'5''. SO ????

Well you are currently at 44" and say the new one is about 2" taller. Call it 3" for good measure. That puts you at 47" so from your research you should be fine

Just air your drive tires down to 7 psi.

Hook a van to your truck with your current 5th wheel, measure from the top of the trailer to the ground while sitting on a flat level surface. Then add the difference in height of the two 5th wheels to that measurement. If that comes to less than 13' 6" you will be fine.
