LOL ... Its kinda high ... Im 6'3 standing on the ground and lifting my arm up on my tip toes is about the height
....im pretty sure its not covered....and I know me if I call and start asking Ken will say swing it by we will take a look at it my super laziness will kick into overdrive then im out $100 -

I also use the little file thing (looks like a very small cheese grater) from an inner tube repair kit to slightly rough up the surfaces to be bonded. I've tried using a heat gun to weld patches on but it's not as easy as it sounds to get it right without melting thre fabric too much or not enough. I'll just stick with the old H66 vinyl cement.
