Theres gotta be something out there for me....sounds like my only resort is to just buy my own rig with zero down and hope for the best, right?

Won't be a problem until you get to that part of the application where it asks if you've ever failed or refused a drug screen. You'll have to decide if you want to answer truthfully. Did your company fire you? No SAP?

Insurance will be the problem. Better do some research before buying a truck with only a year experience and a failed drug test. Check OOIDA website.
