Not sure why some have problems and some don't. I've been in two 2010s. I've had 2 co-drivers. The first was lousy but he did the job. The second is good but he thinks he's my lead driver. Eventually a team mate will get on your nerves. Getting in the hole is your own fault. CRST doesn't really start paying good until 6 months. My first FM wasn't great, but I didn't know how to work it either. The second FM is awesome. He gets us lined up 2-3 runs in advance. We are also in good with a/f. Unfortunately my co-driver may have to go home for 14 days. I willl try to stay solo until he comes back.
Driver, if your truck wasn't legal why didn't you just get it fixed. I know for a fact that CRST will allow youn to put your truck in the shop if you have a DOT issue. I have only worked there a little more than a year and I have a 2011. My last truck only had 9 miles on it, I had to take the plastic off the seats.(brand new)
