    I've done the food service thing also; whew!! great money but an aching back. I've hauled acid to Phoenix from the East Coast, delivering to asphalt plants; they mix it with the asphalt. Tankers deliver the asphalt to road construction; so that may be something to look into. Also, cement companies and the tanker companies that deliver dry bulk cement to the cement companies.     You're not going to be hauling fuel, oil, milk, cars or tandems with MCT. Strictly Van and Reefer. You'll get a chemical load or two but not that often, and they're always barreled in van.
