You are correct, as a student of history, you can see the difference on how they were handled. Did anyone suggest that the police dept in Chicago IL be defunded after the riots of 1968? Or that the mayor himself have a round the clock guard placed around his residence because of the unrest?

 

It really is the number one job of government leaders to keep people in their cities safe.

So if a certain leader wants to defund the police and is happy to let their City descend into Anarchy then they should live their example and not have protection for themselves which all the other people who are unsafe are paying for.

The real question is whether the people in these crazy cities will wise up and vote people in that will actually protect them and stop the insanity.

 

The last high-point of the Democrats is when Mayor Daley ordered the Chicago police to beat the hippies.

 

Is it just a coincidence that pot is legal or decriminalized where the majority of the stupidity is?

 

Yep moving to the country and packing guns hope they drop their liberal attitudes when they get here.
