6nz cat lost cylinder

Last week I lost cylinder 5 and did some damage. Motor recently got overhauled a year ago. From the looks of it the injector failed with caused the piston to swell. My set up I’m running (could have been self inflicting) 6nz with a 78/132 BW, 800 marine cam, and was running the stock 57 injectors. I’ve never put a file in this computer or messed with anything i left that the way it was when I purchased the truck. What is the best injector for this cam so everything runs proper? I’m not looking to be a cowboy, I just want a strong motor. I live in Florida and don’t have many hills at all. I don’t want to have to babysit the pyrometer all day either. Thank you for the help
