105k in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, 80k if I'm going to Cali. Never smelled the brakes or seen them smoking and never felt any brake fade doing it that way. The other truck I drive is a 359 with a 3406E and a brake saver. The brake saver does really do me any good unless I'm down to 4th or 5th on flat ground coming to a stop.

550hp 6nz. At 80k holds me back in 5th at 25 going down grape vine and cabbage. Keep up on the maintenance and overhead and it works fine.

Even when I was hauling for a construction company and grossing 130k to 140k I'd run a little bit slower but the same method worked for me. Never had any brake issues and was always able to stop when I needed. Yes it was a lot more weight but I also had twice as many axles and brakes.

There is something wrong with your Brakesaver then. How much air pressure?

Mine are set at 65. They come on gently, but work quite well at high rpms. I sure like ours anyway.

I guess your diaphragm is ok if you get 60, but if you ever wonder pull the lever with the engine shut off. You'll here a gurgling sound if it's bad if you crawl under there.

I'm thinking about buying a switchblade turbo but I can't find a whole lot of info on how much boost they are making on c15's with it. Right now I'm making 20psi with a 78mm Borg Warner but I'd imagine with the vane in there it should be able to pump out at least 30 pounds of boost

If your only seeing 20psi, something is wrong.
