72 Hour Blitz

If its not a money grab, answer me this... 5 years ago, i was fined because the reflective tape on my mudflap UNDER MY TRAILER was 1/4" short of regulation. DOT officer said that in the dark, a 4-wheeler might not be able to see me. I told him that if 1/4" of reflective tape on my flaps, UNDER my trailer is going to be a deal breaker on a 4-wheeler rear-ending me in the dark, the 4-wheeler has a bigger problem...he shouldnt be under my flipping trailer!!!

 

I know that, but over the years I've heard some wild tales at the truckstop coffee counters about the Federal Marshalls Service. In fact, there was a thread on here at one time about those tales.

 

That's the whole point of the blitz.

Just as I get to the ramp into the Knoxville coop, a headlight dies last night. (Insert a dozen cuss words of your choice!) The porkers were too busy harassing some other driver to notice!

Me either,I don't recall any stations being open the time I started driving each day.

 

in terms of csa violations, i think points for lights are bogus..these parts are electrical and can go at anypoint
