If its not a money grab, answer me this... 5 years ago, i was fined because the reflective tape on my mudflap UNDER MY TRAILER was 1/4" short of regulation. DOT officer said that in the dark, a 4-wheeler might not be able to see me. I told him that if 1/4" of reflective tape on my flaps, UNDER my trailer is going to be a deal breaker on a 4-wheeler rear-ending me in the dark, the 4-wheeler has a bigger problem...he shouldnt be under my flipping trailer!!!
