I guess after those 556 posts you've made and read how many posts you havent noticed that when you hit the "at" key and then post it never comes up as the "at" key but the # pound key. No biggie just a stupid rant!

The real reason they give me a truck that was leaking from day one. the ECU was shot and it would of taken 3 wks to fix. So they had to find a way to fire me easly. At that time I had no DM they fired her 2 weeks ago.

Its all good I only drove truck to see the Country and meet new folks. Trucker are the funniest people I think. I loved the lifesyle but with bad Companys it not worth OTR.

yeah, there has to be more to the story than we're being told. again, this is your typical, 'swift sucks cause they fired me' thread by someone who didnt last 30 days.

But that is the problem with the kids these days, they expect hand-outs. they expect to be able to text and use their cell while at work, instead of helping customers, but that must be okay for them, because they're part of the 'need to be pluged in'-generation.

they're part of the generation who expects to get some monthly 'bonus' for being ontime for work, and/or never calling in sick. You do get a bonus for doing those things.........ITS CALLED KEEPING YOUR JOB. if you dont keep a job, its because you didnt deserve to. period. enjoy your thanksgiving =)

He didnt make a mistake with the 'at' sign. If you try to use that on the forum, it is censored out with a # sign.

Oops...day late and a dollar short on this

Oh wowza. now i'm really dying here. might have to stop midway thru this response and dial 9-1-1. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

How much of the country did you see from the shop? seeing how you said your truck was broke down for 3 weeks? only drove truck to see the country and meet some people? you went thru the trouble of taking orientation for 3 days, "wasting" your time doing paperwork, etc.......when most normal people would have simply bought something called a BUS TICKET (or plane ticket if you wanna get really fancy).

they give you a defective truck from day one? whos fault was it that you accepted to drive it.....for starters. 2nd...i'd have went to the fleet manager/term.. manager and said this wasn't a truck that was going to meet your financial goals. And if that didnt work, would have went to safety in phoenix. But part of me thinks that you're just making this up........just sayin'

are you seriously trying to tell us that swift doesnt have any trucks? they are the largest transportation company currently in the US, and operate 5 cdl training schools year-round turning out approximately 20 new drivers a week per school. the very idea that they fired you because they didnt have another truck to put you in is completely absurd. if you are going to continue this line of assertion i demand some form of proof. lets see a scan of your termination papers or something to that effect. i'll bet dollars to donuts that on the line labeled 'Reason for Termination of Employee' they wrote something to the effect of "employee could not find both hands with his buttocks, even when supplied with rand-mcnally gps directions to and from said extremeties".
