800 mile weekend pay

Talk to "them" yourself...whoever is next above your FM...I wouldn't expect an FM that didn't want to pay me to talk to anybody on my behalf.

If that fails...switch divisions...the dedicated and regional stuff ain't all its cracked up to be anyway...best I can tell they pay you less and get you home more...home is nice, but without sufficient earnings it won't be home for long.

 

I am in the RAT division and I have no complaints.

Its a good fit for some...the regional stuff I mean...a lot of it depends on where you live.

 

yeah i had same situation last weekend. today got my ### chewed for calling em on some other stuff. even got a phone threat

 

what kind of threat and what else did u call them out on I have applied with maverick

 

i was basicaly bullied on the phone and threatened with my job. all men have a breaking point and i was pissed at the shape of a preload trailer i had to get after i just dropped a new one. and i had to move it 3 times before they were happy where i dropped it b4 they would give me my bills. this place forced me to blind side into a tight spot since theyr were no open places. this preload company used to be not bad but now i dont think they want mavericks there. they always put our trailers in the end and have no respect for our trailers. every trailer ive got there had to have something fixed on it that they broke. I have nothing against North merican stainless. just the horrendous preload company there that has wasted tons of our time. I may change carriers after this mess.
