What happened previously… is this truck known to run or a resurrection situation?

Make sure you don’t have a crack or something in the line from the tank to the injector pump .
If it sucks air it won’t pull the fuel

or you could install a lift pump to help move the fuel from the tank to the injection pump .

As star rider said check the power to the solenoid…

These pumps have a thumbscrew on the front side of the solenoid down low, turn it clockwise to override the solenoid and make sure it’s working.

Once you screw it in the engine WILL NOT STOP until you screw it back out.

Make sure the fuel filter is full of fuel.

Engine should have top stop injectors, how did he set the injectors…?? Should be 0 lash on the A-B-C code…

Is the filter on the pump? If so maybe connect a hose to it and drop it in a bucket of fuel.

yes it was running sat for 3 weeks because of injector fail just 1 but replaced all put new hose on put in bucket with new fuel and yes fuel solinoid has power sent fuel pump out to have checked again said all is very good when cranking over does not seam to put much preasure out of line on fuel solinoid like barley lifts above fitting i would have thought that at 28 psi pump preasure check it should have lifted and caused spray screwed out or in makes no differance yet new fuel solinoid

Are you sure the crank on the air compressor isn’t busted or something in the accessory drive. That your pump is actually spinning.

It’s only one of three things.
    Blockage
    Sucking air
    Not pumping

    How are the injectors set?

    All fuel line fittings tight?

Mechanic readjust the valves when installing the injectors? If so what are they set at? Just trying to cover all bases…

If engine was running with that pump, and injector is only reason engine was worked on, something is for sure off.

Were valves & injectors set using the firing order, or set using the A/B/C code…?

Take the valve covers off and look with a flashlight and see if the push tubes are bent. Even with Jakes you should be able to look down the side of the push tubes….
