    so what kinda set up have you ran bender on a big cam and how many rpm did you rev them? i have never been above 1900 with this motor

    The really hot ones were 400's with big injectors at 24-2500 rpm. If I were you, I would make more conservative changes in steps until you're happy with it. Low flow cooling can cause you problems and limit potential.

    Take the pump off, take it to a pump shop, tell the folks what you want, and they will tell you what is possible with your current CPL. I have always turned up Big Cams 15 %, just watch your pyro on these turned up motors. If you can, pull your injectors and take them in also. They can swap them out for some that are 'hotter'. If you let a shop set it, you will not hurt the engine, so long as you pay attention to how you drive. However, I would leave it alone.
